Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A security deposit of up to $200 will be held on the guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Pet Policy
The pet fee is $40/per 7-night stay. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 50 lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted and they can’t be left alone in the room.

We offer a complimentary Breakfast buffet, served at the on-site restaurant from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Occupancy and Local Tax
Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.195% is charged on the room rate only.
Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
Accessibility
We offer ADA-compliant rooms. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time reservation is made.
Smoke-Free
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, stairway, or balcony. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans, and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
