I was very impressed and pleased with the hostess at the O Club Restaurant during breakfast. She was very warm, friendly, and attentive. She greeted everyone with a smile and had an enthusiasm for serving.

Mrs Lee in the club lounge was wonderful. She served us drinks at the bar then invited us to dine in the club lounge. She set our table ,took our food order, served our wine & meals from the kitchen ,she totally took care of us. She was gracious & charming the whole evening & we enjoyed visiting with her. Very personal service.

We had a BBQ on saturday night and the woman in charge was exceptional. I do not remember her name but she handeled everything perfectly.

I like working with Aziza Brown. I like the fact that she responds in a timely manner and that the issues are resolved quickly.

Randy Z and the other manager. (Sorry, I don't remember his name.) I especially appreciate his willingness to discuss the rationale behind his recent menu changes.

On a positive note, All of the staff that I came in contact with was great. The room was clean and pleasant.

It really was a beautiful place. All staff were Wonderful and Charles in the lounge was Excellent in every way. I've already recommended this Hotel to several of my friends.

Very happy with the restaurant...we've had calamari appetizers the 2 times we have stayed there, and each time they were cooked perfect.

My daughter enjoyed the pool...very clean, and many toys to play with

It was a pleasant surprise to have Randy Z and another manager pick us up at the airport. It turned out that they were in the area shopping for equipment and decided it would be faster for the guests to swing by and pick us up. And the ride back to the airport at 4am was equally pleasant. My wife is in the hospitality industry and I try to notice the little things that are good.

We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and for us it was an adventure. We are up in Sacramento every weekend for business reasons and typically stay at the same hotel. We have a prior arrangement with that agency for a fixed rate due to the fact we are there every weekend. We decided to stay at Lion's Gate for the special package for the DaVinci exhibition. It was a good choice however more expensive than we normally spend and may stay there again as a treat.

Your comp breakfast with the $3.00 option was appreciated and service good. Thanks. William Baxley

Our group has stayed at the Lions Gate hotel for the last 4-5 years. With that said, we have always had positive experiences. The 4 room cottage we stayed in this year was very spacious and comfortable to say the least.

The room was clean and the Internet was very fast

Front desk staff was excellent. Great customer service and very friendly.

I love Lion's gate. As a wildland fire manager it is great to stay here as the fire training center is next door. well. The most important thing is being able to call at a moments notice and get a room. I hope that continues. Sheffield the new guy was accommodating

I was waited on immediately, even though the lobby was crowded and there was a lot going on. Also, my family and did not look the greatest, as we had been out in the sun since 7:30 that morning (my daughter played in a softball tournament that day). Staff was courteous, pleasant, and acted like they didn't really notice that we were all sweaty and wind blown...that was very nice.
